Hartmann explains below that they're at it again. The FCC made new rules in February ensuring net neutrality but the ISPs are at it again via they paid lapdogs the Republicans. The Senate has proposed new legislation that prohibits the FCC from enforcing its new rules and cuts its budget by $20 million. The House voted to suspend the net neutrality rules indefinitely.
