That's how it works in the US. If we decide not to pay our taxes until our tax rate is 'fair' we go to jail. And yet that's exactly what the CEO of Apple said and they owe $billions in taxes. These welfare queens use all of America's infrastructure and workforce, yet stash their money in offshore tax havens and don't pay into the system that supplies them with customers and cash. Yeah, that's fair.
