It's starts around 5:00 of his monologue last night, after he rips Trump repeatedly. Colbert came up with the word 'truthiness' and now Oxford Dictionary's word of the year is 'post-truth,' which means pretty much the same thing. Colbert rightly thinks he's been ripped off here. An example of the word, by the way, is the Trump campaign and the GOP generally.
