Renewal energy is affordable

Here's atmospheric scientist Katharine Hayhoe debunking the myths of fossil fuels and providing the facts on the cost of renewal energy sources. E.g., the cost of solar without subsidies has dropped below that of fossil fuels. In some countries bids for solar are around 3 cents per kilowatt hour. And when the sun isn't shining or the wind blowing? She discusses various energy storage methods, with new ones developing rapidly. She also dispels other myths.
