Dump actually said that Puerto Ricans "want everything to be done for them." Still with this cruel and callous Repugnantan ideological sentiment that poor people can't get off their lazy asses and do it for themselves. It's a complete lack of humanity from those who have never had to work a day in their lives so are bereft of any compassion for those in need. Sanders of course sets this sick bastard straight.
