FCC being sued by 17 States over net neutrality

New York Attorney General Schneiderman initiated a lawsuit to stop the FCC from implementing its repeal of net neutrality, and since then 16 other States have joined in the lawsuit. Another way of stopping this telecom heist is to call Congress and demand they use the Congressional Review Act to overturn the repeal. A vote will be forced in the Senate to do just that. But don't be fooled by Repugnantan Marsh Blackburn's Bill, which purports to preserve net neutrality but is a fake Bill that actually supports it. Even if we lose in Congress we can parade the Repug vote for supporting the ISP heist in the '18 elections. Also push for public broadband in your municipality.
