According to the NYT as reported by Maddow below. Comey claimed Dump pressured him to let the Russia investigation go. Now Mueller has hand-written notes by former chief of staff Priebus about that pressure. The noose tightens further. Unfortunately, as is Maddow's style, she takes forever to get to the point and has to draw things out for dramatic effect.
