The new budget Bill, following on the heels of the tax giveaway scam, reinforces Hartmann's astute analysis on the 2 Santa Clause strategy: Be a Santa Claus and spend like hell on the rich, then cut like hell the Santa Claus of the poor, i.e., social programs.
